Sometime in the mid-1990s, I had an idea for a book, titled “If You Think It’s About the Food, You Missed the Main Meal,” that would be about a different way to lose weight. Over the course of 20+ years I wrote parts of it.
In 2012 I decided it was time to tell my story and in 2016 I published under the title of “The Main Meal: The New Perspective on Weight Loss.”
In 2017 a doctor told me I could lose some weight or have back surgery every couple of years. That year I founded The Main Meal Weight Management Group.
In 2018 I designed and offered an 8 week book study that follows the chapters in my book and offers practical applications of the concepts and ideas in the book. In 2019 I expanded my practice to offer private coaching and workshops.
